In addition to creating the suite of Women's Empowerment in Agriculture Index (WEAI) tools, IFPRI has developed additional tools to measure women's empowerment. These tools include:
- Women's Empowerment in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WE-WASH), a dashboard of 14 indicators that cover different domains of agency and different areas of WASH
- Women’s Empowerment Metric for National Statistical Systems (WEMNS), for use in large-scale, multitopic surveys in both rural and urban areas and is relevant across a wide range of livelihood strategies
- Monitoring & Evaluation for Agricultural Collectives (M&E), two tools to help implementing partners collect high frequency information on the gender and women’s empowerment aspects of development interventions that leverage agricultural collectives, on both individual and group levels.
